Chef Linford

The back bone of PD's, Linford has worked with us since he was 16 years old, he's been with us 29 years. 

Linford is the reason for us having been voted "best wings" in Cayman.

As a self trained chef we are proud to have him as our head chef.

We believe in supporting local products and have several products from CIB including draft beers. You will always find during sporting events great specials on their beers.

15 TV’s and 9 TV boxes we can show almost any sport I the world live.  We have 4 separate sound zones. We are know as a local sports bar, were you will find our regulars on a daily basis welcome you with open arms.
